Our registration module creates a Unique Health ID (UHID) for each patient, capturing demographic information, emergency contacts, insurance details, Aadhaar linkage (for ABDM), blood group and allergy flags. Returning patients are identified in under five seconds via UHID, mobile number, Aadhaar or name search. The registration counter can process new patients in under two minutes with our optimised workflows.

The ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) number integration allows patients to link their health records to the national health data network - a requirement that will become mandatory for all healthcare facilities. Our system is ABDM-ready.

OPD Management and Digital Consultation

The OPD module manages doctor schedules, appointment booking (walk-in and online/phone pre-booking), token generation and queue management with digital display boards, consultation notes with chief complaint, examination findings, diagnosis (ICD-10 coded) and digital prescription. Prescription templates are pre-built by speciality so doctors can complete a prescription in under 60 seconds rather than writing it by hand.

Investigation requests from the OPD flow automatically to the lab and radiology systems - no paper requisition slips. Results are visible to the treating doctor as soon as the lab uploads them, enabling same-visit result communication where turnaround time permits.

IPD and Nursing Station Management

The IPD module handles admission, bed allocation, nursing notes, diet orders, fluid balance charts, vital signs recording (with normal range alerts), daily ward rounds documentation, surgical notes and discharge summaries. Nursing staff interact with a simplified tablet-optimised interface that works even on older hardware. The duty doctor can review patient progress from any device including a mobile phone.

Discharge summaries are auto-populated from IPD data - diagnosis, procedures, medications, investigations and follow-up instructions - reducing the time a doctor spends on paperwork from 20 minutes to under 5 minutes per patient.

Billing, TPA and Insurance Management

Hospital billing is among the most complex billing scenarios in any industry. Our billing module accumulates charges from every department - OPD fees, IPD room charges, nursing charges, surgery charges, anaesthesia, pharmacy dispensing, lab tests, radiology, physiotherapy - into a single consolidated bill with itemised breakup. For insured patients, the system generates TPA-formatted claims with required documentation lists, tracks pre-authorisation requests and approval status, and handles partial payment scenarios where the insurance covers part and the patient pays the balance.

Government scheme patients (MJPJAY, PM-JAY) are managed with scheme-specific empanelment rules, package-based billing (rather than itemised), and claim generation in the exact format required by the scheme portal.
